今年も花粉症で苦しんでおります。
ここのところ一気に暖かくなり、飛散量が増えてるみたいでしんどいです。
特に東京は元々空気が悪いし、特に電車内など人も多いし空気も汚い中で花粉が充満している感じで死にそうです。
一昨日は特に酷く、全く熟睡できませんでした。。。
マヌカハニーが効くという事で一先ずマヌカハニーの飴舐めまくってます。
お陰でちょっとは楽かな？
