最近は家んみ閉じこもって制作をずっとやっております。
やっぱり同じ格好してると肩が凝りますね。
時間が経つのが早いのであっという間に8時間、同じ姿勢でした。
みたいのが多くて。。。
今月中に体のメンテナンスもやっておきたいです。
しかし黄砂が凄いですね。
流石に今朝のランニングは諦めました。
ただでさえ花粉症でやられていたので、まず外には出たくないですね。
と言いながら明日は赤坂でROHG Quartetのライブです。
ゲストにトランペットの高瀬龍一さんをお迎えします。

Lately, I’ve been shutting myself up at home and working all the time.
After all, my shoulders are stiff when I’m dressed in the same way.
Time passed so quickly that I was in the same position for 8 hours.
I would like to do maintenance on my body within this month.
But kosa is amazing.
I gave up on running this morning.
I was already suffering from hay fever, so I don’t want to go out first.
Having said that, tomorrow is the ROHG Quartet live in Akasaka.
Ryuichi Takase, a trumpeter, will be invited as a guest.
A quartet formation and a quintet formation, two delicious live performances at once!
